Accessibility Statement

Our accessibility target, what we do to meet it, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

Last updated October 3, 2026 · Axiom Neurophysiology

1. Our commitment

We want Axiom Shift to be usable by everyone, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

2. What we do

  • One main landmark per page and a logical heading order.
  • Every control reachable and usable from the keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
  • Labels on form fields, and errors and status messages announced to screen readers.
  • Text alternatives on meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Color contrast that meets AA for text, and status never shown by color alone.
  • Animations held still when your device asks for reduced motion.

3. Known limits

The schedule grid is dense, and some views may still be harder to use with a screen reader than we would like. This statement is a good-faith description of our current status, not a certification.

4. Report a barrier

Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you use. Email info@axiomeeg.com and we will reply as quickly as we can, and provide information in another format if you need it.
