Questions a buyer actually asks
Can we buy Axiom Shift on its own, without Axiom OrderFlow?
Yes. Shift is a complete standalone product — the standalone rate is the list price, and nothing in it depends on OrderFlow being present.
Is there a free trial?
No. Pilots are paid and fixed-scope, and the pilot fee credits toward your first year if you continue. A paid pilot gets real attention from both sides.
How does billing work?
Invoice-based. No credit card, no self-serve checkout — pricing is listed here so a department can budget before ever talking to us.
What counts as a scheduled staff member?
A person on the roster who can be placed on the schedule — technologists, travelers, and students all count. Above the included number, the per-person rate applies.
What does guided setup include?
We enter your units, coverage requirements, shift patterns, procedures, and roster with you, and hand back a schedule ready to draft. Setting it up yourself costs nothing.
Does Shift handle patient information?
