Questions a buyer actually asks
Can we buy Axiom Shift on its own, without Axiom OrderFlow?
Yes. Shift is a complete standalone product — the standalone rate is the list price, and nothing in it depends on OrderFlow being present.
Is there a free trial?
No. Pilots are paid and fixed-scope, and the pilot fee credits toward your first year if you continue. A paid pilot gets real attention from both sides.
How does billing work?
Invoice-based. No credit card, no self-serve checkout — pricing is listed here so a department can budget before ever talking to us.
What counts as a scheduled staff member?
A person on the roster who can be placed on the schedule — technologists and travelers count. Students on supervised placement are free, and the onboarding sample roster never counts. Above the included number, the per-person rate applies.
What's the difference between Standalone and Pro?
Standalone is the complete scheduling core. Pro adds the money-and-compliance layer: overtime priced in dollars on every week and every draft, on-call tracking with fairness counting and notifications, credential and competency expiry tracking with scheduled-while-expired flags, payroll-ready exports, and text-message alerts. Nothing was removed from Standalone to create Pro.
What does guided setup include?
We enter your units, coverage requirements, shift patterns, procedures, and roster with you, and hand back a schedule ready to draft. Setting it up yourself costs nothing.
Does Shift handle patient information?
No — Shift schedules staff, not patients. No patient data enters the system. See the Security page for the full posture.
