Terms
Terms of Service
The rules for using Axiom Shift, in plain language. A signed agreement controls paid use.
Last updated October 3, 2026 · Axiom Neurophysiology
1. Acceptance
These terms govern your use of the Axiom Shift website, the public demo, and the service, provided by Axiom Neurophysiology (Axiom, we). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use it for an organization, you confirm you may bind that organization.
Paid use is also governed by a written agreement between your organization and Axiom. Where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement controls.
2. Who may use it
Axiom Shift is for staff of healthcare organizations. You must be at least 18 to hold an account. It is not directed to children.
3. Fees and billing
Paid plans are invoiced directly. There is no card on file and no automatic purchase. Every fee is written into your proposal or order form before you sign, and we do not add fees that are not in it. Cancellation and refunds are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy at /refunds.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Enter patient information. Shift is built for staff schedules only.
- Try to reach another organization's data, probe or get around access controls, or disrupt the service.
- Copy, scrape, or resell the service except as the law or your agreement allows.
- Use the service to break the law or the rights of others.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password safe. Two-step verification is available. Workspace managers control who is a member and what role they hold.
6. Your data
Your organization owns the data in its workspace. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy and your agreement.
7. Schedules are decided by people
Shift proposes and records; managers decide. The service does not replace your department's staffing judgment, and you remain responsible for confirming that coverage meets your clinical and legal requirements.
8. Availability and disclaimers
We work to keep the service reliable, but the website and demo are provided as is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. Service levels for a paying customer, if any, are set in that customer's agreement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Axiom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the website or demo. Liability for paid use is governed by your agreement.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes; the date at the top shows the current version. Questions go to info@axiomeeg.com or (909) 283-0747.
