What Axiom Shift holds about staff, why, and how to ask for a copy or deletion. Shift schedules people, never patients.

1. Who we are

Axiom Shift is a staff scheduling product from Axiom Neurophysiology (Axiom, we). It helps neurodiagnostic departments build schedules, handle swaps and time off, and keep coverage. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

2. What we collect

Shift holds workforce information only. It has no patient fields. We collect:

  • Account details: name, work email address, and password (stored hashed by our authentication provider).
  • Optional mobile number, only if you or your manager add one for text alerts.
  • Work details your department records: role, skills and credentials, shifts, availability, swap and time-off requests, and attendance.
  • A record of who changed the schedule and when.
  • Strictly necessary sign-in cookies and basic server logs (time, address, and page requested) used for security.

3. Why we use it

Only to run the scheduling service for your department: show the schedule, send the notices you rely on, keep the workspace secure, and fix problems. We do not sell personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not run analytics or tracking scripts.

Your employer decides what is recorded in its workspace. For that information we act on the employer's behalf.

4. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and protect your session, plus your browser's local storage for conveniences such as the week you were viewing. We use no analytics, advertising, or cross-site cookies, so there is nothing to consent to and no consent banner. If that ever changes we will ask first.

5. Who processes it for us

  • Supabase: database, sign-in, and file storage (always).
  • Vercel: hosting (always).
  • Resend: email notices (when email is turned on).
  • Twilio: text alerts (only when turned on and a mobile number is recorded).
  • Axiom OrderFlow: when your department connects the two products, schedules and the staff roster are shared between them.

6. How long we keep it

While your department's workspace is active, and then for the period set in your department's agreement. When someone leaves a workspace their access ends immediately; past schedules that name them are kept so the department's records stay accurate.

7. Access, correction, and deletion

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@axiomeeg.com with the subject "Data request" from the address on your account. We confirm receipt within 5 business days and finish within 30 days. If the information belongs to your employer's workspace we pass the request to its manager and help them complete it. The change history may be kept where your employer needs it as a record; we will tell you if that applies.

You can stop text alerts at any time by replying STOP, and change your mobile number or remove it on your profile.

8. Children

Axiom Shift is a workplace tool for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email info@axiomeeg.com and we will delete it.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the product changes; the date at the top shows the current version. Questions go to info@axiomeeg.com or (909) 283-0747.
